Vineyard House

The Vineyard House was done within my Electronic Design class in Spring of 2019. For this project I chose a floor plan that I found from ArchDaily designed by Miers Architects. As I was learning the ins and outs of Revit and Photoshop, I used this floor plan to learn. With this floor plan I used the design and put it into Revit. From here I applied materials and furniture into the design of the home as well as recreated the outside of the home. I used Photoshop to complete my renderings.

As you enter through the front door of the home you walk into the living room. There is a large curtain wall that covers the whole back of the house which allows you to look out over the vineyards.

Continuing through the first floor you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is partially separated from the living room but still has open circulation. The kitchen also looks out over the backyard and vineyards. It is completed with lighter cabinetry to contrast the dark hardwood floors as well as gray marble countertops.

Moving upstairs there is a large master bedroom and bathroom to the right of the stairs. There is then a glass catwalk that brings you to the other two bedrooms in the home.

In the back of the home there is a separate guest suite that is semi-attached to the home. It has a curtain wall that wraps around the bedroom with a private bathroom in the back.
